PLACEBO To Headline MTV MURCIA NIGHT !



PLACEBO have confirmed they will headline a free, open air musical event, that will take place on Sunday 26th July at Cartagena´s Cuesta del Batel (Campus de la Muralla).

As well as PLACEBO the event will feature Spain´s own Amaral and Second, both acts orginiating from Murcia.

Pioneer DJ James Lavelle (UNKLE) and James Murphy (LCDSoundsystem) complete the line up for this spectacular event

i PLACEBO hanno confermato che faranno da headliners a un evento musicale gratis ad aria aperta, che si svolgerà domenica 26 luglio al Cuesta del Batel (Campus de la Muralla) di Cartagena .

Oltre ai placebo l'evento vedrà presenti gli spagnoli Amaral e Second, entrambi originari di Murcia.

Il pioniere DJ James Lavelle (UNKLE) e James Murphy (LCDSoundsystem) completano la line up di questo spettacolare evento.

MTV MURCIA SHOW - A STATEMENT FROM PLACEBO

Last Night's MTV show in Cartagena, Spain didn't turn out as anyone had expected!

In our 15 year career we have never experienced such a technical difficulty on stage. We tried as hard as we could to rectify it and we had a very professional and experienced crew who did their utmost in trying to fix it.

Unfortunately it got to the stage where it was almost impossible to put on the quality show the audience there, and the tv audience over the world deserve.

We are deeply apologetic to all who travelled to see us and to MTV who put in a lot of hard work and energy into making the concert happen, it was no fault of theirs or yours!! We and our crew always try as hard we can to put on the best show possible, and sadly tonight that didn't happen. We will try our hardest to make this up to you!
